Good customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience with noise. The club downstairs was unbearably loud, making sleep impossible. Despite shutting the window, the music and shouting continued until the early morning hours. I felt misled by the hotel's fine print, which did not adequately warn me of the noise levels. It was an exhausting stay where I couldn't get a proper rest.

Cut to the chase, here’s my take
The location of this hotel is fantastic! Nestled on Camden Street, you can easily explore numerous bars and pubs on foot. Although my room was spacious and clean, be aware of potential noise disturbances from the nearby nightlife. Friendly staff added to the welcoming vibe, making for a pleasant stay.

A mixed bag of experiences
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with many attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable despite the issues.
However, the noise from the nightclub below kept us awake until the early hours. We had to move rooms, but it was still disruptive during our stay.

Just a fine choice for a whistle-stop in Dublin with attractive and competitive value for money. Jana at the front desk made check-in easy and was super welcoming. Definitely bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from nearby nightlife.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the stale smoke smell was unbearable, and the bath panel was loose. I appreciated the friendly receptionist who checked us in promptly. However, the lack of proper maintenance made it hard to enjoy our stay. Finding a nearby pub for food was a plus, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

Target audience looking for budget stay
The staff really made our stay special, especially the receptionist who greeted us like we were old friends. I was shocked to find a brand new electric fan and bottled water waiting for us in the room, things you'd expect in a much fancier place.
It wasn’t pricey, but it was still a bit more than I expected.

The location of Camden Street is fantastic. It’s a short walk to Temple Bar and many other attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bed that offered decent comfort. Staff at the front desk were helpful when needed, ensuring I had what I required. However, the noise from the nightclub next door was unbearable at times, especially on weekends. Despite being given earplugs, I struggled to sleep through the loud music and commotion in the hallway. Another downside was the check-in process. there were times when no one was at the front desk, leaving me waiting outside. The lack of luggage storage was inconvenient too, particularly since my flight was later in the day. If you’re looking for a spot close to nightlife, this place could work, just be prepared for the noise if you're looking to rest.
